Who can buy the IRONMAN Trophy?
The IRONMAN Trophy is exclusively for Ironman finishers, verified by official Ironman race results. The IRONMAN Trophy may be purchased by an Ironman finisher, or as a gift for an Ironman finisher.

Which trophies can be personalized?
Our signature sculpture, Lanakila is a personalized and perpetual trophy for all your Ironman finishes.  

What information will appear on my personalized trophy?
Your name, and the Ironman race and date you finished. If your name you wish to have on the trophy is different than your name in the Official Ironman Race Results, you must provide us with both names for verification.

Can I have more than one race on my personalized trophy?
Yes. You can request multiple races in your original trophy order, and receive an updated plaque for your trophy after additional races in the future. When ordering, select the drop-down menu of races in the order that you wish them to appear on your trophy.

Can I add more races to my personalized trophy at a later date?
If you add another Ironman triathlon race to your lifetime achievement roster, simply order a new FREE plaque from Ironman Trophy. The plaque is recessed into the back of the trophy, but is easily removable.  When you receive your new plaque, simply remove the old plaque and attach the updated plaque with the plaque's self-adhesive backing.     

What is your return policy?
You may purchase the IRONMAN Trophy knowing you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for ANY reason, you are not satisfied with your trophy, you may return it within 30 days for refund of its original purchase price. Your only costs would be shipping charges & any necessary repair costs if the sculpture was damaged while in your possession. Package your return carefully and return to us. We suggest using a professional packing service.

How do I buy the trophy as a gift?
Place a trophy order, and use the name and race of the Ironman finisher when filling in the personal information. Their name will be verified by official Ironman race results prior to approval.

Also, the trophy can be available to pick up on location at a race event to present to your Ironman after the race! Simply preorder at least two weeks prior to a race and notify us of your interest in this special delivery option. The trophy will be available for pick-up on race day after official race results are available, and the full price of the trophy is refundable if the race is not finished.

How is The IRONMAN Trophy made?
The Ironman Trophy is cast bronze, with a hand-applied patina finish.  It is made in the same time-honored tradition of fine art sculptures, using the “lost wax” method.

How large are your trophies and much do they weigh?

Nui 9.1”  x 6.7”  x 2.6”,  weight 12 lbs.
 

How long will to take to receive my Trophy after ordering?
Allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery time after placing your order.

We offer FREE ground shipping of The Ironman Trophy within the continental US. Please contact us for the shipping cost of expedited delivery. Call for shipping information outside of the United States.

What do I do if the IRONMAN Trophy arrives damaged?
Should your sculpture arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by phone, e-mail or fax for return instructions.  We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  We will have UPS return to pick up the package, so please keep the box and all packing materials. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your concerns.

My IRONMAN Trophy has been damaged, what can I do?
Your trophy may be returned to the foundry for repair. Please contact us for information, procedure & approximate costs involved to have your trophy repaired.

How do I care for my IRONMAN Trophy?
Don’t use any abrasive materials to clean the surface. Dust frequently with a feather duster or a soft, dry cloth. If damage occurs, contact us for details on our foundry repair service.
