Ironman Duncan Thomas

“Since my wife, Terry and I are both triathletes, our goal has been to make it part of our daily routine and still live a ‘normal’ life.  We swim in the morning before work; we ride our bikes to work instead of driving, we run at lunch, we ride our bikes home at the end of the work day and have a glass of wine like everyone else! We used to be able to say that we could finish an Ironman distance race any day of the year if we had to. Now, I’m not so sure! My goals are to be able to race well when I want to, and to stay fit enough to do anything I did at 25 when I retire!”
